From its inception Pula Consultants has been carrying out extensive and thorough studies in a very wide variety of specializations. The Firm has plenty of experience in a wide range of feasibility studies, social studies and asset appraisals. There is also a strong drive towards placing and maintaining the GREEN agenda at the top of our priority list.

Pula Consultants has extensive experience in the following specialist areas:

Strategic Road Network Study

The Government of Botswana through the Roads Department of the Ministry of Works and Transport engaged the services of engineering consultants, PULA CONSULTANTS (Pty) Ltd in association with GROUP CONSULT BOTSWANA (Pty) Ltd to undertake a Feasibility Study for Strategic Road Network.
The overall objective was to conduct the study from which the feasibility study findings are presented a phased implementation programme for inclusion in the National Development Plan 10 (NDP10). The primary tasks and associated deliverables of the project being undertaken are in two folds, namely:

Assessment of Jwaneng Houses

In September 2015 Pula Consultants was commissioned to carry out a detailed 'Structural Assessment of Defective Houses' in Jwaneng Township. The objectives were to determine the cause of defects, propose remediation measures and advise on whether the houses are habitable or not. As part of the deliverables Pula Consultants also produced Cost Estimates for carrying remedial works and a detailed Maintenance Plan.

Metsimotlhabe Block 4 Infrastructure

Metsimotlhabe is situated in the East of the Kweneng District, which is in the South – East of Botswana. Its geographical coordinates are 24º 00' S and 25º 00 E. According to the Kweneng District Settlement Strategy (2000 – 2024), Kweneng District is the 5th and 3rd largest district in the country in terms of area and population, respectively.

Pula Consultants undertook the Consultancy Services in respect of detailed design of roads, storm water drainage, power, water, sewage and telecommunication. The design of the infrastructure covered, but not limited to, the following;
