Geological Surveys Phase I & 2 Lobatse

Pula Consultants was commissioned to undertake the structural designs, and construction supervision of the structural and civil components that included external works, access roads, sewerage, water reticulation of the Department of Geological Surveys new office buildings. These office buildings are located in Lobatse and were scheduled to be done in two phases, Phase I and Phase II.

The four-storey Phase I building has been completed and occupied by the Client while Phase II, of similar height and number of storeys, is completed as well. The design of the buildings was a multi-disciplinary collaboration under DBES as the Client that involved the Architect, (Pramod Patel Architects), Electrical Engineers (MECOM) and Mechanical Engineers, (ZMCK).
